Effective October 15, 2026
Privacy policy
This policy describes Rhema Web's private desktop reporting integration, Rhema Search Console Reporting.
Information accessed and purpose
With the account holder's Google consent, the integration reads Search Console property identifiers and permission levels, search performance metrics, search queries, page URLs, dates, countries, devices, and search appearance data as requested. It uses OpenID and the Google Account email address to verify that the intended account authorized the connection.
Google data is used to answer authorized search performance questions and produce requested reports. The integration requests the Search Console read-only scope and cannot modify properties, users, ownership, or website content.
Storage and protection
OAuth client credentials and renewable authorization credentials are stored in Keeper. Access tokens are held in the local connector process memory. The connector does not maintain a separate persistent client-report database. Reports saved in conversations or exported files remain subject to the retention and access settings of those destinations.
Processing and sharing
The local connector communicates with Google to retrieve data and Keeper to obtain its credentials. Requested report data is returned to Codex for analysis and response. OpenAI processes conversation content under the user's account settings and applicable OpenAI terms and privacy policy. Client report data and credentials are not published on this information website.
Rhema Web does not sell Google user data or use this integration's Google data for advertising, credit decisions, or independent model training. Rhema Search Console Reporting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention, revocation, and deletion
The saved authorization remains in Keeper until removed or replaced. The account holder can revoke the app in Google Account third-party connections at any time. Revocation prevents further authorized API retrieval. Contact Rhema Web to remove the integration's Keeper authorization record or local configuration. Previously saved conversations and exports must be removed from their respective destinations.
